Because the journal currently does not charge any author fees, a fee-waiver programme is not applicable.

The financial status of authors has no influence on the editorial or peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and ethical integrity of the submitted work.

Editors and reviewers are not involved in decisions concerning author payments or financial arrangements.

All articles published in Clinical & Molecular Biomedicine are made freely and immediately available online without subscription or access charges.

Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits use, sharing, adaptation, distribution, and reproduction in any medium or format, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

Clinical & Molecular Biomedicine may revise its author-fee policy in the future.

Any introduction or modification of publication charges will be clearly disclosed on the journal website before the revised policy takes effect. Changes to author fees will not affect manuscripts already submitted under a previous fee policy unless explicitly agreed with the authors.
